Return Policy:
For all return inquiries please contact us with your order number via email at gripsupport@gripgenie.com for the fastest service.
All returns or exchanges are due within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Out of stock items
- In the unlikely event an item you ordered is out of stock we will refund you for that item to your original form of payment.
Domestic Returns
- If for any reason you need to return your product (excluding chalk products) you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Email us at gripsupport@gripgenie.com with your order number. Upon receipt of the returned product we will issue your refund in the form of your original payment. In order for your return to be eligible for refund all items must be returned unused and in new condition with all original packaging.
- Items purchased as gifts may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email us at gripsupport@gripgenie.com with your order number. Upon receipt of the returned product we will issue your refund in the form of a gift card. In order for your return to be eligible for refund all items must be returned unused and in new condition.

International Returns

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective please contact us within 30 days of your order being placed. Email us with your order number and the issue at gripsupport@gripgenie.com and we will assist you from there!
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer exchanges. Should you change your mind about a product please follow our return procedures and then place a new order for your desired product.
Exclusions
Due to the nature of the item, chalk products are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
Gift Certificates are ineligible for return.
Shipping charges are non refundable
